Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of important events this week, between 8 and 12 October, led by a number of general assembly meetings and cash dividends distributions.

Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) will hold on Sunday its ordinary general meeting (OGM) to amend the executive rules and elect new board members.

Al Marai will also be holding its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 8 October, to vote on raising the company’s capital by 25% from SAR 8 billion to SAR 10 billion, through the distribution of bonus shares at four to one.

Meanwhile, Saudi Ground Services Company will begin on Monday 9 October the distribution of cash dividends to its shareholders at SAR 0.56 per share, with a total value of SAR 122 million, representing 6.5% of the company’s capital.
